Sarah Privette, Raleigh Family Law Attorney

Frye Law Offices is excited to announce the addition of a new attorney to our team! Effective 03/25/2024, Sarah Privette will join our staff. We know that Sarah’s unique background and experience will serve our clients well and the firm will benefit from offering a new legal option: Domestic Violence Protective Orders.

Originally from Canada before becoming an American citizen, Sarah posesses a unique legal background. Attending law schools in Minnesota and London, she earned both an American Juris Doctorate and an English Certificate in Law. After working for a family law firm in the UK, she returned to the US to focus on domestic violence and family law at Legal Aid of NC before moving into private practice. Her extensive experience in complex divorce, child custody, and related matters is complemented by a unique talent and empathy for assisting victims of domestic violence.

Beyond her legal work, Sarah is an active member of the Wake County Bar Association and volunteers her time mentoring future lawyers. This dedication to her profession and the community is recognized by her peers, as evidenced by her selection as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star.” When not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons in Raleigh, staying active through running, and traveling whenever possible.
