Client received final order in the case today . . .

Upon receipt of the final order in a fairly contested court case, our client sent the following note:

Working in this area of the law is difficult because you will generally not have happy clients. Our office strives to provide an candid assessment to clients so that they can make the best practical and financial decisions for their lives. If a client retains our services, we will provide the client with superior customer service through out the process.

~Like many cases it began in Court, but it was ultimately resolved outside of court. Client worked with all members of our staff for almost eight months.

~Email received from client who was initially assisted by Lynn Bruce. Once the case turned to litigation, Katherine stepped in to represent her at the postseparation support hearing.

Mondays are always hectic around the office, but I was greeted with a very kind note from a client today. This note reminded me that the way my firm conducts its business does matter.

“I wanted to send you a note to thank you and your staff for the outstanding service you have provided me . . through this stressful and difficult divorce. . . I am confident that with your leadership we will come out of this with an outcome that is as desirable as one can get in these situations. I know I express my frustration with the cost of it all, but I know that you are doing your best to manage the expenses and still getting me the level of representation I need to come out with desirable results.”

Thank you to you and your entire team for all of your help in getting my case resolved. I truly appreciate all that was done to bring the matter to conclusion.

In my email this morning, I found this note from a current client . . .

“You’re always so good about answering questions quickly and concisely. I appreciate that. . . . . I, too, hate that we have to talk, but what can you do? I’m just thankful that I found you.”

Our firm is proud to promise every client a response within 24 business hours. When you are divorcing, you want a firm who can respond to your questions as soon as possible so that you can have a little less stress in the process.

I just finally got my billing…

I just finally got my billing statement off of my computer at work, . . . I just wanted to say that I know this is not a final bill, that we haven’t started with the IRA rollover or anything so I know it will be more, but I just wanted to say that I am very happy with the bill that I do see, and I want you to know that everyone in your office there has been working very very hard and I feel like you’ve done me a great favor.
